Part of our preparations for your arrival include doing room placements. I have emailed everyone a quick questionnaire that I need you to fill out and then email it back to me. Many of you have already replied but I'm still waiting on some. Please get that in to me as soon as you can.
I'm also still waiting on travel plans from a few of you - please get those in as well.
